AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WISELIX SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (we, us) regarding your access to and use of the WISELIX SOFTWARE and any related applications (hereinafter also referred to as 'the Site') You have access to a variety of facilities on the Site. You can use us to develop any kind of computer, web, or mobile application (services). You acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions by using the Site and/or Services.

You are not permitted to use the Site or Services and must stop using them right away if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions. For future reference, we advise you to print a copy of these terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be amended by us as needed. The most recent Update Date will indicate which version has been updated when it is posted on the website. It is your responsibility to periodically examine these Terms & Conditions in order to be updated. You are deemed to have accepted these changes by using the Site.

ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship and advertising may be present on the website. It is the responsibility of sponsors and advertisers to make sure that any content they submit for the site conforms with both domestic and international legal requirements. Advertising material errors or inaccuracies shall not be held against us.

Unless otherwise stated in the software or code description, we do not own the software or codes that are posted on the website. The website's software and codes are offered "as is" and "as available," without any changes or reviews from us.

TERM AND TERMINATION

For as long as you use the Site or its services, or for as long as you are another user of the Site, as applicable, these Terms and Conditions will be in full force and effect. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to prohibit anyone from using the Site or its services (including blocking specific IP addresses) for any reason, including but not limited to violating any representation, warranty, or covenant set forth in these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation. This right exists without affecting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.

You are not allowed to register and create a new account under your name, a false or borrowed identity, or the name of any third party, even if you could be acting on their behalf, in the event that we suspend or terminate your account for any reason. We reserve the right to take necessary legal action, including but not limited to pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive remedy, in addition to deleting or suspending your account.

DISABLING DEVICES

The user shall abstain from uploading any postings that contain viruses or other contaminating or destructive devices if they wish to post anything on the website. While we make every effort to keep viruses, devices, and other harmful elements off of our website, we cannot guarantee this and will not be held responsible for any losses or harm users may experience.

The laws of India, govern use of this website and any disputes resulting from it. Any legal action or processes pertaining to or resulting from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in India, courts and/or tribunals.
